Denise Hale

Serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Apis Services, Denise Hale leads the human resource professionals with operational HR services and consulting to affiliates in the family of human services of Inperium, Inc. Denise joined the affiliate Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. (SCFF) in 2016 in a similar position. Prior to joining SCFF, Denise’s career included 10 years of progressive finance positions, 21 years in strategic human resource positions that included leadership positions with manufacturing and financial organizations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware with a focus on workforce planning, talent acquisition and compensation. She is a past board member of Make-A-Wish of Philadelphia, Delaware and Susquehanna Valley.

Denise is a member of the Society of Human Resources and is SHRM-CP certified and a member of the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA and pre-masters’ certification in Human Resource Applications from Villanova University, Villanova, PA.
