Advancing Opportunities is looking for compassionate and eager professionals to join our team in a rewarding career working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in a residential group home. We are currently seeking a qualified candidates to fill the role of Direct Care Professional (Overnight shift) in PARSIPPANY, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Transport individuals to appointments and activities
- Maintain detailed documentation using an online system
- Assist with activities of daily living such as cooking meals, laundry, cleaning, and personal hygiene
- Administer medications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or HS equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Clear background checks
- Able to pass a drug test
